To book a reservation you pay one third of the total amount, the balance due you pay one month before your holiday starts. These prices contains as follows:

• Rent
• Use of all equipment
• Use of Swimming Pool
• Use of BBC and Garden area
• Food at arrival (homemade marmalade, fresh fruits, orange juice, Bread, Milk, Water etc.)
• 1 x cleaning and linen change every week

This price does not include the use of the air condition, which would be charged separately per day and unit.
