To book a reservation you pay one third of the total amount, the balance due you pay one month before your holiday starts.
These prices contains as follows:



Rent including Water, Electricity
Use of all equipment
Use of Swimming Pool
Use of BBC and Garden area
Food at arrival (homemade marmalade, fresh fruits, orange juice, Bread, Milk, Water etc.)
1 x cleaning and linen change every week)


This price does not include the use of the air condition, which would be charged separately per day and unit (Euro 4,50)
